In May 2024, FERWACOTHE, representing 20 cooperatives and 45,000 farmers, sought ETP’s support to develop a five-year strategic plan focused on inclusivity and gender transformation.

ETP provided support by facilitating stakeholder engagement, offering financial and technical input on the consultancy’s Terms of Reference, reviewing the plan through its local Rwanda team, and participating in the validation workshop.
