As Project Manager at ETP, Laura leads the delivery of Project Thea, working closely with colleagues and partners to develop a tea sector data solution that reduces duplication and complexity for producers while enabling buyers to meet their HREDD obligations. She leads the data design, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.
Laura holds a PhD in human rights and responsible procurement and has over a decade of experience in business and human rights, with particular expertise in human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) and the tea sector. Most recently, at Fairtrade, she led a tea-focused HREDD data transparency initiative, supporting risk identification and mitigation aligned with both market and producer needs.
Laura brings extensive experience in programme delivery, multistakeholder engagement, sustainability standards, and translating complex due diligence requirements into practical approaches that support meaningful improvements across tea supply chains.
