We’re pleased to welcome Charlotte Morgan-Fallah as ETP’s new Head of Programmes. With over 20 years’ experience in international development and humanitarian response programmes and partnerships, Charlotte’s role will shape and deliver the full scope of our programmatic work – from vision and design through to overseeing implementation, monitoring and impact.
Charlotte joins ETP from The Power of Nutrition, where, as Associate Director, she led the design and delivery of high-impact programmes in collaboration with governments, multilateral development banks, UN agencies, private sector partners and other key stakeholders. She also oversaw The Power of Nutrition’s learning and impact strategy.
Charlotte’s earlier roles include a range of programme and grant management roles with organisations including Save the Children, Concern Worldwide and Children in Crisis. As Head of Region for West and Central Africa at the British Red Cross, she built deep knowledge of the region’s development challenges, particularly around maternal and child health and nutrition, sexual and reproductive health and rights, HIV/AIDS, and mental health and psychosocial support. At Comic Relief, she led the global health grant portfolio, working in partnership with organisations including the Gates Foundation and GAVI.
