Mission-guided impact
Impact is woven into the fabric of our mission and drives every decision we make at ETP. While we know the challenges facing tea are vast and systemic change will not happen overnight, we are proud of our contribution to driving change; in 2025 alone, we reached almost 37,880 people with our work.
In 2025, we reached 37,880 people through our programmes across six countries. In addition, we estimate our work indirectly benefited over 450,000 people.

Our Global Impact Framework
Our Global Impact Framework is our robust structure for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. Our Framework demonstrates the impact of our global work to address key supply chain issues. Data is core to our mission and influences every decision we make at ETP, with our Framework serves as our guiding star.
Our Framework consists of two inter-linked parts:
- one measures our programme impact data to quantify the specific outcomes of our initiatives,
- while the other tracks our contribution to sector change, going beyond the numbers to explore how we are influencing progress in the tea supply chain.
All of our programmes aim to follow our newly developed Responsible Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Policy to ensure robust data collection, and to recognise potential power dynamics. Our policy sets minimum requirements for all impact measurement principles.
Our Global Impact Framework is updated annually to allow sufficient time for change to occur.
